mirrors from xD?

so i searched and found nothing(probably for a reason) on the possibility to swap the mirrors from the xD to the yaris for the signal light function. i have not inspected the mirrors in question so if anyone has info or at least a description to enlighten me as to why it will or will not work the would be greatly appreciated.

Best way is to look up cool vue online. They have a catalog of aftermarket mirrors and have pictures. Look up the part number for both cars and see if they are simular. And maybe see if they have a picture of the bolt pattern and see if it looks like it matches.

The shape of the mount is quite different. If the mirror can be detached at the folding joint and swapped over then maybe...
