front Shocks for JDM Vitz made in USA? - Toyota Yaris Forums

Hey guys,

I got a Japanese Vitz RS 2004 NCP13 (hatchback) that need front shocks replacement. Does the toyota echo 04 sedan shocks work for this car?

So...any opinion here? I live in Curacao and is kinda hard find the correct part.

I'm guessing that since the Yaris sedan and HB share the same suspension, the older Echo/Vitz should be identical as well between platforms.

fwiw my '02 Echo had different front and rear suspension part #'s and they were not compatible with my '08 Yaris.

Yes, gen1 and gen2 are not cross compatible, but gen1 sedan and gen1 HB should be.
