it should for the sedan version. The title doesnt say for liftbacks only. Just says Yaris.

Run out to ur car and look at ur lights....same shape??

Those bulbs will probably be a huge improvement from stock. However, they aren't HID's.

Ebay sellers will put things like HID in their product name so when people search for the real thing they get their product. This link is for a set of replacement bulbs and parking lights like Chris put on his Yar. (Yes, I just coined that) Expect HID's to cost anywhere from 200-300 bucks depending on what they offer.

Having said that, many members of this forum have had great results with bulbs to replace the stockers. Search "replacement bulbs" on the forum.

IMHO, make the choice depending on the weather you face. If you're in California and you see 300 days of sun, get the replacement bulbs. I go through 100 inches of snow a year... be sure I'll be saving for HID's before winter.

I installed a similar set of H4 bulbs from SPP, they mentioned they can run a group buy if there is interest for $25 shipped in the US.

Those "no name brand" bulbs last less than 6 month before burning... real crap! Even most popular brand like "Eurolite" (by Ractive) are all crap too.

Get some Sylvania Silverstar if you want to do a GREAT investment. They last a very long time and they are not too much expensive like PIAA (PIAA are 100$ a set). Sylvania Silverstar cost around 50$ a set, have a great warranty and are a REAL huge improvement over stock bulbs because they are really really bright and white, not a kind of blue HID fake like these "no name brand" bulbs.

The US spec Silverstars have just as many problems as many other brands of the blue-bulbs, like PIAA and Ractive, plus it's a pain to try to get Sylvania USA to honor their warranty, furthermore, they're just plain overpriced. The US-spec Silverstars have a violet-bluish filter on the bulb that will tint your light, but it does this at a sacrifice to output, it just makes your light "look whiter." If you really want more output, get the Sylvania XtraVision bulbs, they're sold at WalMart and most autoparts stores and are in the standard Sylvania packaging, but they say XtraVision. They are basically clear-glass, unfiltered versions of the Silverstars. Example specs on our car's Headlamp, the 9003, both the Silverstar and the XtraVision are rated for 910Lumens +/- 10% on the low and 1500Lumens +/- 10% on the high beam, however due to the color filter employed on the Silverstars, the true output is consistantly lower than the XtraVision units. Xtravisions are only about $20 a pair or less, while the Silverstars are usually around $50, that's $30 for a color filter that comprimises output, not to mention, the XtraVisions don't suffer from the same reliability problems that the Silverstars do in my personal experience. The reason for this of course is marketing, the XtraVisions are marketed to those that just want more light at a OEM level of reliability, and are thusly value packaged. The Silverstars are marketed to those who would pay unreasonably high prices and change bulbs every week to try out the next big brand of blue-bulb, just to get that HID look for "cheap" from a bulb with questionable light output made by a company who's build quality is dubious... but they know if the bulbs fry within a few months, the faithful will be right back to purchase more.

honestly dude, don't go ricey for us Yaris owners.. I had a civic and retrofitted HID projectors that were oem from a car that was equipped and had perfect beam alignment instead of that scattered glare that we all hate from crappy aftermarket HID kits... INFO**** an HID bulb has its own classification for the bulb to fit into a projector. If the projector or reflector doesn't say D2S or D2R then you cannot just pop them into an H11 H4 H3 sockets regardless if they CLAIM it will fit. In lamen's terms, if it wasn't equipped with those classifications, then you will get a poor beam of light spread on the ground.. Sad to say my civic's engine died on me a month ago but I will soon retrofit another HID setup using bi-xenon projectors from an Acura TL. On an actual OEM projector retro setup, you are using 3200 lumen of usable light rather than just a bulb swap. I lit up 3 lanes on one side of the highway driving on the passing lane, plus the trees without blinding anybody due to this. I suggest everybody should do their lights this way.

HERE IS THE ACURA TSX PROJECTOR I INSTALLED.. LOOK AT THE BULB. IT WAS MADE FOR THOSE PROJECTOR TO HAVE A NICE FITMENT INTO THE BULB.

BAD ALIGNMENT --- THIS IS WHAT I MEAN WHEN PEOPLE JUST SLAP IN THE D2S BULB INTO A SOCKET NOT MADE FOR IT

GOOD ALIGNMENT ---- NO GLARE ABOVE THE CUTOFF

a few people (me included) have purchased them from http://www.powerbulbs.co.uk they offer free worldwide shipping, and it only took 6 or so days to arive at my door, the bulbs are super bright, and very white, and come highly recomended from he :)

ohh did i mention i only payed 15.95 punds, err, something like 32$ US :)

Spec-wise, it sounds to me like the Osram Silverstars may be pretty close to the Sylvania XtraVisions, as I know the Osrams are un-coated.

Stick with a tried and true REAL HID kit... But to answer your question, yes the high/lows in the sedan are the same for the liftback.
