There's so much wrong with that, I don't know where to start. Sorry.

$400 for a cast, log type manifold seems like a decent price. It's not a mandrel bent manifold, so, the costs are less. But, this type of manifold does take up less room. But, I don't know about that one. The whole advertisement looks shady. Still, a log type manifold is not a bad idea.

No, its 400 for the Manifold, Turbo, and Oil feed lines, then a Filter...

Do not get it, I was tempted to get just the Manifold and play with that, but opted to save up for something a bit more tested and proven.

Heres a good option for something to start with if your looking for something a bit more on the reliable side when it comes to a manifold with a price in mind.

Sabre, it is pretty much the same manifold, probably sourced from the same chinese manufacturer... albeit being the Xb manifold they just slapped a crappy turbo to it.... you could look up reviews to his turbo and be all good then you are golden, but its a 50/50 with those chinese turbo being unbalanced ot bad oil seals..

Some quotes from other tacotaco victims... this was in 2008 but basically from what i see manis are fine but turbos are no no's

Quote:
I guess the jokes on me, cause I bought my first turbo kit from this dude. It was a T3/T4 chinacharger with a tubular cheap chinese stainless shit steel that resembled the BEGI tubular manifold, and an outlet elbow. I actually got this setup to work and used a FM Voo-doo box for FMU. I took me forever though...I had to fabricate all kinds of shit. I think it was like 3 months? The car actually felt pretty wicked for 8psi. Then after no shit, like 500 miles, the turbo decided it didn't want to stay together anymore; and the CHRA bearings blew apart. The cheap POS manifold cracked also. So I wasted $600. Ended up buying a cast manifold from FM, along with the turbine outlet and SS downpipe. I put over 20,000 miles on a SR20 T25 that I rebuilt, and haven't had a single issue. The first rule and second rule of fight club is you do not talk about fight club, but the 3rd rule should be...You do not buy cheap chinese garbage from an ebay user named ILOVETACOTACO.

what the hell does that mean? off-road or show only?
400$ for a turbo is unbelievable...and it may be best left at that

That is a standard phrase for any part that might void your warranty or cause your vehicle to fail smog or safety standards.

pretty much all the kits for the yaris/1nz-fe that advertise the t3/t4 are always crap.
