Custom Polyurethane Engine Mount Insert

I did the 3m 08693 rear engine mount fill about a year ago. After about 10-15 autocross events I recently hear a loud knock/clunking sound when the car was launched hard and during hard acceleration and deceleration. Upon further checks I discovered the mount that was filled was cracking and it had some play in it.
I didn’t want to clean and fill another mount and wait for it to cure for days therefore I got a polyurethane insert made made using the following;
1. Prothane Urethane Motor Mount Insert - Cobalt SS (05-07) / Ion Redline (04-07)
2. Solid aluminium tube 3” length (OD 1.25”)
3. Old engine mount

Will let the pics show what was done by the machine shop

The Review:
At idle there is the same amount of vibration as with the 3m filled mount.
I did not experience any wheel hop / loud clunking sound under hard launch, acceleration or deceleration.
I will be heading to the dyno as soon as I get a chance and then I would be able to see how much the engine moves.
I am not in the US but this cost about $100USD which includes shipping the Prothane Mount and the machine shop cost.
I am not sure if others did this before but just wanted to share as some people don't like to do the 3m method as it means not being able to use your vehicle as the mount cures.
