Fujita F5 CAI for sale 140 shipped

I bought this intake for my 09 LB but i am not happy with its fitment. I got it from TRD Sparks for 159.69 shipped. I am looking to get 120 shipped in the lower 48, because there are scuff marks from the install. the filter was never opened or test fitted and the engine was never turned on.

I know this is my second post but I have been a dedicated MR2 owner for 5 years and have 35 positive feedbacks from mr2oc.com

Paypal is megadeuce_91@yahoo.com and if you need pics I can get them up.
It is the polished version of the Fujita.

the splash panel was pushed out and the bottom bend was about 3mm from hitting the frame. I tried adjusting it but it didn't help. I have pics of the splash panel being pushed out. If you want to put a bypass filter on, you could cut it in half and the bypass would allow it to fit better. thats what ill do if i can't sell it.

u should post a pic of the problem...it should be fixable w/o cutting...some members here had the same problem...might want to use the search feature of the forum before selling it...had the same intake and the metal part of the intake was hitting the frame...fixed it with some forward and back twisting of the intake!

I did a search before buying it to see if there were any troubles. I'll give it a shot tomorrow but if someone wants to buy it before tomorrow afternoon, then that's fine.

LOL, hey just twist the intake left and right a bit, i was bitching about the install too....i have scuff markings on mine too, but intake is perfectly fine. Mine made a clunk sound hitting some metal, then rubbing off of splash guard, but like Malaya said - twist and turn left and right, and you will be HAPPY WITH THIS INTAKE.

My Fujita makes no noise clunk/rubbing against splash guard at all now...

Just put an INjen Hydroshield on filter to avoid rainy seasons~

kudos

I did get it to work and was happy with it, no clunking, but my tire rubs the splash shield. Drove with it for 340 miles. love the sound and the small increase in power, just looking for something different.

So if someone's looking for a great intake for a cheap price, here it is.
