NST Short Shift kit

Hey!!! so I just saw what NST short shift is.... basically a little piece of metal/adapter you put on your shift linkage... QUESTION !!!

is there some alternatives in US/Canada ?? that is.. rather cheap... I don't wanna pay 90 bucks for a piece of metal...

Micro Image use to be a vendor on here -- here is the eBay store. Message him and see if they still have the SSK (Short shift kit). I believe they were almost half the price of NSTs..

if I dig through his inventory, I see the IN CABIN small thing you put under the shifter... but that's not the one I want even though it would be an improvement.... 79$ for thissmall thing ??? I mean... come one....

They are in Canada. I and another member on here recommended me get it. The shifter is both physically shorter and extends at the bottom acting as the NST in cabin SSK.

I saw a video .. you only need the metal thing for it to work.. if you wanna shorten it even more then add the bracket .. but all I want is that simple thing I can install myself..

but NOT for the 98$ price tag NST offerED since it seems to be discontinued... like... come on... WTF why that high

I know which one you're talking about. That's why I said you should message him lol.

There were 2 major carriers before: TRD obviously the first, then NST, then for a short while wayyy back, there was some eBay version that went by "piggy" or pig something.. then Micro Image came out with theirs and I remember Garm selling them as either a combo with the shift relocation bracket + engine bay SSK, or just the engine bay type by itself.

Edited: The part he's looking for is the one on the left.

it makes the cable run without bending. it has no effect on shift throw. without it, it could cause the cable to drag in the cover and cause binding or premature wear on the cable cover.
