Cool The Story of LiL Blue (progress thread)

INTRODUCTION

Im Brandon, 20 years old and In the active military stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Im the owner of a Blazing Blue Met 2007 Yaris LB. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I rushed into buying a car because of some personal issues and ended up with a yaris, I tried selling it a few months later but being young, I didnt understand that your first few years of car notes goes to the interest and not your principal of what you owe, SO... I was stuck with it...

Growing up I was a HUGE import fan, and when I wasn't playing sports I found myself playing video games spending hours upon hours modifying cars on video games etc... it was an addiction! So now that im stuck with Little Blue, im going to make the best of it and make it my own, so I decided to start a progess thread that im going to constantly be updating as I go along. In order to accomplish what I want though im going to need some help along the way though, as this is the first car I've ever owned essentially.. IM A NOOB!

Story of...

Great to see what someone else has done to their Blazing Blue, I bought mine in 2007 as it was the cheapest car on the lot and after a couple months noticed all girls driving it. So, I lost interest in my car pretty quickly. Fast forward to about 4 months ago, when I realized it would be paid off in 2 years and I thought, hey maybe I should try to man it up and enjoy it. Done lots of interior and exterior mods, but after my Clazzio Leather Seat Covers install this Friday it is on to Performance. How do you like the DC Exhaust? That was one of the ones I was looking at but didn't know if it would be a cop magnet due to sound. Also looking into an intake from Micro-Image. Rims and Wheels are in November. Anyways, car is looking great brutha, again just good to see another noo-b with the bazling-b.

Haha sounds like you were in the same situation i was (: But Thanks broski and same too you! My exhaust is deeper then what youd exspect, it sounds ALOT better then the average cheesy high pitch civic exhaust you hear.. I like it, its a deep just loud enough sound to make it fun without being obnoxious.. i can't wait to hear it once i get headers and a midpipe ( :

If I could chime in here....the Clazzios are what's happening. Did them myself in a day and that was pulling the seat out. Ck my garage for pics of them to get an idea on fit.

Get in touch with Caliyaris at Micro Image. He can give you the low down on the Clazzios and a good deal. Bear in mind that anything with color other than say black might not match the blue you are looking for and it would look funny. I'm pretty sure you can get stitching in a blue.

I;m ordering the seat covers Friday once I get paid, but I have heard amazing things about them and how they fit. Like straight up factory leather...and yes MicroImage is the way to go and yes you can get different colored stitching, Im getting the all black leather ones though.
