day time running lights >:( - Toyota Yaris Forums

Alright Ive had my yaris for about 5 months now its an '09 so they have daytime running lights. Ive been to every performance, dealer and specialty shop in the houston area and nobody will touch it.

Ive had serious problems with this in my last car an '03 grand prix GT that had angel eyes, they would burn out within less then a year.

Im looking into getting angel eyes and HIDs for my yaris within the next couple of months and I dont want the same problems. If there is any way to disable them PLEASE imform me!

Thank man Im new to this whole "forum" thing hahaha so mind my newbiness :P have you done this project yourself? Im sure it is simple enough to do but Im a bit worried I could screw something up :/ I guess I might as well just get it over with?

No, I've not done it. I like having drl.

Two members local to me have. thebarber on his '07 and yaris2010RS on his '10.
