Parking/ side lights come on when brake pedal is depressed
Hi all,
I just had a rear wheel bearing replaced and now find that when i depress the brake pedal the side lights come on and the display in the car dims, i don't know how replacing a bearing would affect this (i know the abs is built into the bearing somehow) any ideas much appreciated. Regards james. |

Sounds like they pinched a wire or two in the process of working on the car and bridged the stop light wiring with the turn signal wiring. I would start with following the wires from tail lights as far as you can and inspect them for damage.
