Oil on Spark Plug threads
Just took out the plugs for the regular replacement, and for the first time noticed oil on the spark plug threads.
To note: 1) Doesn't throw blue smoke or drink oil (so I doubt it's the rings) 2) Doesn't smoke at startup either So I was thinking valve gasket cover or valve stem seals? What do you guys think? Linked the image here: https://ibb.co/hv2rUb |

Most likely your valve cover gasket. Oil coming from up top then leaking down through threads. Valve stem seals typically cause blue smoke after idle due to the higher vacuum at idle iirc. Stem seals also are not known to go on the 1nz.
Replace the valve cover gasket and you should be good to go
