pros and cons of hub spacers

pros:
aesthetics

cons?

i've heard of strain on wheel bearings... what about handling... any pluses there?

or are the cons so miniscule that it's negligible?

Strain on the wheel bearing only occurs if you use hub spacers that go on the outside of the hub that require larger wheel studs. Those over time can cause above normal condition wear on the wheel bearings. Even then it could be years before you see any type of wheel bearing failure. The pengin hub spacers garm sells go behind the hub and between the knuckle. That wont cause any strain on the bearing. So if you get those there are no cons. What you can expect is wider rear tracking which in turn will give you greater stability and cornering as well as filling out the fenders better.

Only con i could think of is if you have wider tire/rim package where you dont rub this may occur using spacers.

^ +1

The only con I can think of is that you have to take it apart to remove them. Pretty small con though!
