Not free U prepaid. How much was the pre-pay? Doesnt make economic sense - but its better than buying fabric protector and finish sealant I suppose. I absolutely doubt they dumped the coolant - maybe they added a dribble. BTW the coolant is supposed to last for 100K miles! Hope its not the dreaded water pump seal going on a toyota with toyota long life coolant syndrome. Our 05 Rav 4 water pump was dead at 57K miles 2.5 years ;(
