Replacing Rearview Mirror for Smaller One
I am crossposting here.... My 07 LB has a rearview mirror that is just too big and creates a blind spot for me. It seems like most everyone likes their mirror but not good for me as it takes up too much of my windshield. Anyone feel the same way?
How tough is it to remove it and replace with a smaller one. Is there some kind of screws, etc. -tia |

I'm 6' tall and have the same problem. I'd prefer if the mirror were not quite as tall and also mounted further up on the windshield.

yeah... I'm 6'4" and the first negative thing I noticed about the car is how vision seems to be slightly more limited than I like, and the blindspots are bigger than i'm used to.

Wink mirrors. They were fine, but they are now outlawed in many states; blocks off too much of the windshield, and (apparently) too distracting. Just the thing for racing, though.
I don't find the mirror as much of a block as the A-pillars: they can hide a good-size vehicle under the wrong circumstances, and that IS a problem! |

Only problem I have with the mirror, is that I have to hunch down to see the stoplight.
