Manual Trans oil

I'm going to pull the manual trans in a 07 sedan. its grinding when I down shift to 2nd. I thought I would ask what is the best oil to protect the synchros. I know that it should be 75w 90 Synthetic G4 or G5, butt whats the best brand and other additives or products

I use redline MT-90. Super smooth.

I pulled the trans and brought it to the trans shop they quoted 850 to replace all the where parts butt called to day with a 1500 price I can't get a break I pulled it my self to save money

so I had the flywheel resurfaced and as I was reading it needs new bolts so I ordered new ones wanted to know the torque spec and method and I think I've seen the axle nuts are torqued to 160 ft lbs are there any other nuts/ bolts to torque that I'm not thinking of
