NICE. i used to own a '97 GTI before i sold it and got my Yaris. it had an ABD Racing short shifter, Neuspeed intake, custom cat-back with Magnaflow muffler (loud), Megan springs, KYB GR-2 shocks, and a front strut bar. very fun to drive. any more pics of your gf's Rabbit?

NICE JETTA. i can see an MKIII GTI front end conversion, but i can't really tell what kind of lip that is, it doesn't quite look like the Euro VR6 lip. i love that interior.
off topic, but have you seen that 2-door converted Jetta before? also, do you have any more pics of your Yaris? |

Yeah Ive seen a few two door converted MK3 Jettas! There are two blue ones, a green one, and a red one (that I know of). And now there is a guy turning one into a chop top pickup truck too! My liftback (its a photoshop, but all its missing now are the wheels and red rockers/mirrors , but Im leaving my rockers alone and my mirrors will be black Ill post untouched pics soon!) My old GTi: And another of my Jetta with some old school flavor Last edited by Walter; 01-09-2007 at 08:18 PM. |

your Yaris (in the photoshop at least) really reminds me of the new Audi's for some reason.
nice V-Dubs you guys really like the GTI front end, huh? it's weird how with the MKIII's, people put the GTI front end onto the Jetta, buy with the MKIV's, people put the Jetta front end onto the GTI's. lol... |

First of all, your VW's are all gorgeous. You obviously have a good sense of style with cars. As far as the Yar, I'm not crazy about the red rockers, but I love the fact that you went with that look on the grill. I really think that is going to be a popular look for these cars. The car is unique right off the lot, but paint that grill area black and all of the sudden it looks like nothing else on the road. Sweet! |

And Im not doing red rockers, my buddy did the pshop and took some creative freedoms on it haha. Im going with satin black mirrors and I alreeady did the front end, headlights, lowered it, shirt knob, debadged, and re-sprayed emblems... wheels are next, soon! |

i like the GTI's with the circular lights with the Euro grill (just two lights, right?). what years did they make/end those? but that white GTI's nice nontheless. |
