Front sway-bar end link replacement?

Has anyone here found a need to replace their front sway-bar end links?
This has been a common wear item on my past vehicles and I am starting to
notice some mild clunking when crossing tar seams etc where only one front tire makes contact, which torques the sway-bar.
FYI: The faulty bolts at the front control arm mounting have already been updated.
