Then you've never had a car long term then, have a look at the average car under the handle for the scratch marks. I hit mine all the time without trying and I don't have long fingernails. I'm trying to remove the problem before it gets worse. Besides it just gives me another excuse to add more luscious chrome and piss more people off here.

I agree. The bottom grille thingy, the foglight trim, and the wheels are becoming more and more of an issue. I am strongly considering selling the Konig Reasons and upgrading to full chrome wheels for maximum shine purposes. Only there is not much to choose from in the 15 inch range where I want to stay.

Im also getting with a supplier to chrome out the boring black window trim pieces near the A pillar. I dont want to chrome out the B pillars (which are available) without this done first...

And then theres the windshield trim and wipers to worry about as well as the tailgate lock trim. My job is never done. Sheesh.

I guess I'm just more careful about not scratching my car. But if you have had that problem before, then kudos on the mod I don't think it looks that flashy, but I guess chrome doesn't look so flashy in pics anyway.

I'm gonna put my comment in here about your feeler thread for your rims....

seeing as how you're trying to stay in a 15" wheel the wife has MB Motoring ( I dunno if it's a discount tire brand or what-not) but they have some nice chrome wheels and polished alloys as well <<<for example on her car we have 15" mB 747

This is kind of going with the post a few above, but have you thought about dipping your current wheels to save a little cheese?

I've had trim for our Chevelle done from a place called Chrome Plus in Lakeland, Florida. That was a few years agao though. Not sure if they are still around or even near you

And its in Lakeland, just a stones throw away from me? Manna from heaven, thanks for the info KCALB!

I'm getting a quote for dipping the entire car.

They have chrome Vinyl now, so you could always go that route. It would be way cheaper
