Wind whistling sound

Strange, but I can sometimes hear the wind whistling sound coming from my right side (driver) window when driving at around 60 km esp on open roads. I checked and all the windows are up. So what could be causing this?

How can I even check from where the sound or wind is coming in and causing that sound.

Thanks

Do you have a roof rack? Mine creates some whistling.

No; no roof rack. It seems to be coming from the right side driver's window

My wife's Corolla does the same thing, but less of a whistle and more of a hum that sounds like very localized road noise.

My diagnosis: the weather seal in the corner of the door is a little worn down, so there is a slight gap between the door and the body. That might be what's going on with your whistle as well.
