double din dvd is very sweet BUT for safety purposes i used the single din dvd in order to detach the face when parked in unsafe places.
I rather they take see the deck without the face and leave it than try to get it all with the double din

I've got the Pioneer avh-p4000, only had it a few weeks. Love it so far. Someone mentioned getting it from crutchfield... It's alot cheaper from Amazon.com ( where I got mine ) But then you'll have to get the ipod adapter ( $8 ) and the dash kit to fill the gaps on the sides ( not sure about that price ) had one from my previous install. But still saved about $150 gettin from amazon.

I have a similar setup in my hatch, with a Panasonic single din DVD and an Alpine single DIN speaker. I find it doesn't interfere with the speedo reading, and I'm only 5'8".

Of course, you don't need the screen out while driving, unless you have Nav.(I don't)

I have a 2008 yaris sedan and it has the intergrated radio. I want to install a double din aftermarket radio, but I can't find anyone that sells double din dash kits for the 2008 yaris sedan. Does anyone know where I can get this?

The factory radio that I have now looks like this.

There is another live thread on this but what kills me is the butt ugly Metra dash kit to fill the 10mm gap on each side of the unit. I wish there was an easy source for the 180mm bezel from Toyo (or other) I am looking at the Kenwood DNX 7120 or 8120 for my 09 LB - but damn I hate that gap
