Anyways it has the 3" radio dash and I just purchased an AVIC D3..with the works and all installers I am calling are having problems finding a dash kit for this configuration?? Anyone know where I can get a dash kit for the Sedan w/3" LCD display radio? I have tried Scosche and Metra...no luck yet but need to get my Nav up and rolling!!! Anyways help would be appreciated

Thanks to all who can help me out

I have no idea. However it looks to me that any reputable installer would have no problem with that dash...

The installers have been telling me its no problem..just the cost of a custom dash kit if no one makes one is expensive..so was hoping someone new of one out there I could buy. I know most say they can do it but are finding out that no kit is on the market yet...or so they say

you can do it yourself. What you need is the non integrated dash trim that you can get from the dealer. I dont have a part number, but just ask for the standard sedan radio trim piece. After that you will need either a single or double din mount kit depending on what headunit you will be using. You got the avic d3 so im assuming you need the double din.

get your wiring harnesses and you should be good to go.

oh and an fyi the part is roughly 80 bucks from the dealer. so prepare to be shafted.....

Question for you... where did you get the AVIC D3 and do you have a link with Price... I didn't think it was released yet?
