Intermittent time control wiper stalk for RHD
Hello all.
I saw in the thread on "changing wiper stalk to prius one to gain intermittent time control functionality" that some members were interested on how to do this for us right hand drive people. Its very easy, last weekend I acquired a wiper control stalk that's identical to my one but with the time control. Its standard on the 1.3 CVT Vitz. Why it isn;t on the RS beats me. Anyways its just a straight swapout , no need wiring/modifications. The methodology is pretty much identical to the Left hand drive instructions but sides are swapped. I have attached images, sorry some images were not clear. original LHD instructions: http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15512 PS. If anyone needs the wiperstalk I used, there are heaps at the breakers here. I am happy to sell on to whoever needs them. Just PM me. |
