Guys, i know nothing about wheels..

My stock tires are the 185/60/15 Yokohoma tires.

Can i change it with the ff sizes and still use the same stock rims?

195/60/15
205/55/15
Any 16" tires

Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages of tires above?

Try to stay within 3%

Also advantage of 205/55/15 compare to the other one is that it provides wider tire so better cornering, but losing a bit mpg.

195/60/15 narrower width so higher mpg but lose a bit of cornering ability, and 60 give you more rubber so it gives better comfort.

You can use either of those replacement size tyres on your stock wheels. For helpful information, check out the "Official Yaris Wheel and Tire Guide" in this section. You'll also find a link to a better wheel and tire fitment calculator there.
