USB port install in center console - 2009 Yaris hatchback

I have an 09 Yaris hatchback. To the right of the emergency brake in the center console there are four accessory ports. Currently I have a factory installed aux port and automatic dork locks taking up two of them. The other two are empty. I want to install a USB port in one of the empty blanks to use for charging (NOT for music).

I've found an oem dual USB port charger for use in Toyota cars that I can tell is made for the ports in my car, but do not know how to go about installing it properly, and after extensive searching for help videos/articles online with no avail, I've come here for assistance. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. From the look of the item, I think it's a simple red/black (hot/ground) wiring solution but I'm not sure. Thanks!
