Help Required VVTI 1.0 W reg

Hello Yaris owners,

My dad owns a yaris 1.0 VVTI on a W reg. 131K on clock

The car has a hole in the exhaust just after the last Lamba sensor, well kind of 4 holes.

I have changed the sump on it last night and left the silicon to dry for over night+ new oil filter, plugs, new air filter + cleaned the maf.

To change the sump, the exhaust had to be taken off and the flywheel cover plate had to be taken off + the out put lamba sensor disconnected.

When i started the car the Hot engine light went on and then straight to cold after about 3 secs.

This evening starting the car it felt slugish and the revs are all messed up.

When i put the foot down on the floor it kind of gradually goes up till the top.

When i took it for a drive it took me ages to accelerate from about 4 mph to 12 in first. Second gear was same as first. As when i put it in third the revs dropped and when i put the foot down it didn't even want to go but only kept at idling and i was loosing speed.

If any one have had this problem or anything similar can you please let me know what i have to change.

The car is on 131k and it never had a new clutch fitted.
