april 17 @ 6pm @ in-n-out @ fremont automall

so BayAreaCorolla and I have been pondering on a meet to welcome spring. here's my suggestion- a meet at fremont automall similar last year's march madness meet we had with BayAreaCorolla, ToyotaNation, some honda people, and whatnot. they haven't had a big norcal meet in months, and i'm sure they're up for another one. considering that we have an upcoming treasure island meet hosted by newcelica at the end of this month (03/28/09) and BAC's monthly wingstop mini-meet in the first thursday of april (04/02/09), i've come to the conclusion that a weekend in the middle or end of april would be a good time to meet. furthermore, it seems like the majority of the other groups/clubs prefer friday and saturday meets. the lengthy head-start would also give all of us a chance to clean our cars from this past rain and crap.

therefore, i have a couple dates in mind:

friday, 04/17/09
saturday, 04/18/09
friday, 04/24/09
saturday, 04/25/09

chime in with your date preference from the four. i'll keep a running tally and finalize the date at the very beginning of april (wednesday, 04/01/09). have a good one.

You should do a poll and people could just vote on the date that works better for them?
If you do a Saturday, you might get people who work Monday -Friday (plus the procrastinators who won't wash their cars until the last minute, lol!)

^oh no problem. i just laughed at it, wondering "i could've sworn i already did this a few days ago", and thought i failed this thread by mixing it up with the other forums' "automall assembly" thread blah blah... anyways, speaking of the lists, NewCelica list is up and running thanks to a friend. so now we have BAC, TN, NC, and YW. i'll check around with honda peoples.

I am going to try to make it. My shop closes at 6 though so I wont be able to make it till late. I am going to try to take off early but stupid customers always like to stroll in the very very very last minute. Literally.
