Valve cover gasket?

My yaris has been idling a little rough. Nothing insane, but it's noticeable. I cleaned the MAF and throttle body. This made no difference. Next I inspected my spark plugs. I found the cylinder #1 plug had a lot of fresh oil on it. Specifically around the threads and hex nut. My car also suddenly started consuming oil around 6 months ago. Not much, probably about 1/2 - 2/3 qt every 5k miles. I'm guessing this points to a valve cover gasket?
