Arrow Universal Front Bumper Lip...Should I???

So I really want a Lip but I dont have the cash to dish out 400-500 bucks for a seibon custom fit lip, so browsing through Ebay I found this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOYOT...item27bc913389

If you look in the pictures there is a black yaris with one fit on, I just need to know if this is a good idea or not and how do you think it'd look..

I know I know, with all things you get what you pay for but this might be a way to get the look I want without throwing away my paycheck. Any feedback is nice, thanks!

lol whoever did that spoiler on the yaris did a terrible job :P

Go to Home Depot or lowes, grab a FROST KING garage door seal, some scissors or knife, and a roll of fat 3m molding tape. You are welcome to use self tapping screws, or ziptie if you cut a couple holes in the bumper.

I use 2 screws at the end and the rest tape. works so far, i have to replace it every 6-8 months since im so low to the ground, but it saves my bumper :)

Did the "Home Depot" lip.

home depot lip installed

Frost King door sealer

There you go. If you search for some combination of "home depot," "lip," "HD," "DIY," etc. I'm sure you could find some more. People have called it all sorts of things, but here's a start.

Black Garden Edge looks 10x better then the rubber garage door crap!
I dont think anyone with a Yaris has tried this setup yet! It looks great on a lot of other cars!
I was going to do it to my neon but decided not to!

Here is my neon on the same suspension as the red one, look at how much of a difference it makes! Looks really good, i wanted it so i could protect my turbo piping from rocks etc Before anyone laughs cause i drive a neon its 2.4 swapped with a gt35.

It depends on which look you want.

As you can see from my DYI thread (The one titled "Did the home depot lip") I went for the subtle OEM-ish look. I like it because it looks clean and looks like the car came with it imo, and that's how I like to mod my car.

I want it to be like good makeup on a girl; it's there but it doesn't stand out and overpower her natural looks, it just enhances the natural beauty.

However, I just came from the thread where I saw some pics of your car, and I think either would look good.

This is incredible!

I work at Lowe's, picked up some of the weatherstripping and 3M tape on my lunch. Throwing it on this weekend.
