2007 Liftback Lock jammed

Hi all,

The actual push button/lock part of my liftback is stuck/jammed so I am no longer able to get into the back of my Yaris. I took the rear panel off the inside of the liftback and I have to crawl back there and manually open it from the inside.

I'm having a hard time finding a parts diagram for this back panel to figure out which part I need to order so I can fix this.

The actuator seems to be working, just the lock itself seems to be screwed.

Anyone have a site with a diagram so I can find out which part to order? I've looked around on the parts websites I am familiar with but I can't find it.
