Smile New Here: I want to share my 12' SE

I think I'm in love with my Classic Silver Metallic Yaris SE.... it's been 4 months since I bought it and I love just staring at it, sitting on it, and driving it. To date, I haven't seen another SE model in the entire tri-county.... Miami-Broward-Palm Beach... I fell I have a unique car and I do get A LOT of stares....
Despite having such a small engine, it rides phenomenal at high speeds, easily 90-95mph, this small engine can take anything!

Future To Do List:
1) Intake... I'm about to order the AEM
2) Exhaust... no idea which one... any suggestions?
3) Perforated Rotors... any ideas?
4) lower it with Coilovers
5) 17'' OZ Superturismo GT in Black with red lettering
6) paint the brake calipers in red
7) 6,000K HID's

It looks awesome now, but it will look simply amazing if I'm able to afford all these upgrades....

Love the color choice especially the wheel and tire combo go well with your car. If I may suggest I would go with window tint would compliment your vehicle well. Maybe 20 percent in the rear and 50 percent in the front.

i have a tanabe touring medalion axle back exhaust and it's sounds awesome! It doesn't really match the opening of our 2012 SE's bumper. I posted a picture awhile back. http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44490 but i believe any aftermarket axleback exhaust will have this issue unless u have it custom made

Perhaps intead of coilovers as a first step, get the TRD rear sway bar instead. I put one on mine and it made a HUGE difference in handling. I found the added roll stiffness neautralized the handling. The car will take a "set" in corners without the rear "roll bounce" I was feeling prior to the sway bar. I can bomb on and off ramps like nobodies business now. And the ride is merely firm, not jarring. With New England potholes and winter driving, keeping the stock SE springs seemed like a good deal for me.

You already have stiffer shocks, springs, front sway bar, quicker steering, and better brakes than the L/LE models.

Thanks for the input. I might consider the rear sway bar altogether.
You think that for an extra lowered inch I can put the TRD coils on all 4 corners? Do you think that anything in terms of suspension that fits the 2nd gen Yaris fits on the 3rd gen Yaris?

Very nice ride!

Intake get a K&N drop in filter is good enough and take off lower tube. You will get that deeper sounds. Save money and more efficient.
Exhaust TRD axle back with custom 2 inch piping after resonator. Sounds really deep. DC 4-1 header will be nice too. More high end and VVTI kicks harder.
Cross drill rotors...I will keep the factory rotors and replace the rubber hose to stainless. I am still using factory brake pad and rotors with 76k miles.
Tein coil over with UR bars front and back, upper and lower.
Factory is good but OZ is better. If you don't want to keep the factory wheel, I don't might take it over.
Paint brake calipers looks good on 4 wheels disc brake.
6000k or 5000k head light and fog light.

Nice ride Venebra! I own the '13 Yaris LE version! I live in Ft. Lauderdale myself! I was looking at the SE version but my dealer didn't have one in stock at the time. I was at the Miami Car show and Toyota couldn't get the SE model in time to show at the Miami New Car show a couple of month's ago!

Thanks yarisgeo13! I had to special order my SE model (waited patiently for 6 weeks) and the dealer brought it from North Carolina! in my opinion all south florida dealers are making a dumb decision not to request and have the SE in stock! they would fly off the lot. It is a great little car.

I have to agree. In addition to the outside, try a black car with no A/C (90k + miles for me (from new) in a Colt (Mirage)).

Mine is black too. My only issue are these micro scratches. I have touch up paint and clear coat for it.

I still love looking at her though, she's beautiful.
