Yaris MPG Drop

Anyone notice this. Yaris is about 9 years old, I replaced the original plugs on them about three years ago with NGK BKR5EIX11 Iridium IX with ones I got on sale from canadian tire. Since then, I have put around 70k on them. Pulled them out and they dont really look worn. Cleaned them off and reused them. Air filter is clean, and throttle body I cleaned probably 20-30k ago.

I also do the occasional fuel injector cleaner which I doubt has much effect anyways.
