Roaring noise around 60mph?

I have only put 2000 miles on this car since purchase,it has 85000 now so not sure how long it has been present?
At around 60 I hear a loud roar in the front of the car? It pulses, not a steady sound. Tires are good, so I'm wondering is this common in the the 08 Yaris, or could it be a bearing I should be looking at?
It's very annoying!

I love my Harley, and now the Yaris. But both sure have little quirks

My 2012 has had a very low rhythmic tone starting at 60mph, since new.

Even with new aluminum wheels and tires, and replaced muffler with Tanabe. still there.

Can you drive through the "roar?" Does it intensify in a left or right turn?

You state the tires are good but have you taken them to have the balance and alignment check?

I have not gone thru any real diagnostics yet! I am looking to replace tires, and rims very soon. However, this doesn't sound like a tire issue? I read a post about wheel bearing noise, or at least I think it was, but not sure where I read it!
If I find the problem, I will update!
I hope it's not like my Harley which has several " inherent problems ". Stealer always says they all do it!

I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I thought if it was the bearings you would always hear the roar.

Let us know what you find out. My 07 is doing the exact same thing. It has 120,000 miles and recently developed the pulsing roar/drone above 60mph. Doesn't seem to change rhythm or tone up to 85mph. My front wheel bearings feel fine when i do the old jack car up and give the wheel a shake. I guess it could be a drive axle but i havn't had any of the clicking noises during turning like i would normally associate with a worn axle.

The winter tires on my mother's '03 Matrix XRS roar so loud you can't hear the engine sometimes. As soon as I put the summer tires on the car is as quite as could be.

Yeah Guys I think this is going to be one of those common/ not so common problems! I'm working on a motorcycle that will crank, then won't? I don't believe I will ever find the true cause, just blame it on gremlins.
But. Being anal as I am, I will give my best shot at finding the cause, or fix for the noise.
Will post WHEN I do!

Oh! I'm new to the Yaris, but have a lot of experience with Harley having bugs, and quirks. Just when I get the bugs out of the Harley, I had to buy a dang yaris and start all over? But I love both. Just saying!!!!

It's a resonant harmonic. You can find posts for the last 5 years on this issue.

No one yet has resolved it, except for a Tanabe replacement, but no me!!
