Short circuit help! P/S BRAKE AND ABS LIGHTS ARE ON

I was installing fog lights and I accidentally short circuited the wires when I was wiring the switch.
The relay is directly connected to the battery. The fuse on the relay is still good.

I can not put the car to drive. Car starts up fine.

This is on the 2007 Toyota yaris sedan.
