My rs clone / 2010 wek-fest pictures

What up all ? I just got back from the Wek-fest show in san fransico and it was crazy 12000+ people 450+ cars all in a underground parking structure in the middle of the Japan town center in japan town , sf . I have been slaving on my car tring switching up the look to get it ready for the show and I pulled it off just it time , the first pictures are how my car looked at 9am friday morning and how it looked at 5pm friday (we had to leave for sf by 7pm friday Lol ) Major change was a rs body kit from Garm ( color matched) Pond spoiler , painted my cf hood , shaved my cf hatch and painted it and installed some s2000 stanley side markers (better pictures of the yaris comming later today ) Enjoy the pictures...

i honestly preferred your previous bumper and wheel setup

what'd you do w/ your exhaust? what WAS your exhaust prior to the jdm rear bumper?

I think i gotta agree with the thebarber...i preferred your car with the Diablo kit and TRD gold rims. Not saying your new setup looks bad or anything, it looks good as well.

Good stuff with the new setup though, its abit more simple and sleek if thats the look you were going for.

Cheers

Thanks , the diablo kit was beat to shit and needed some repairs and a full repaint which wouldn't of been worth the time to me , also I was soooooo over those goddam trd wheels it wasn't even funny . I alway wanted my ride to just look like plain a simple with a jdm theme . Btw my new wheels are SSR longchamps and are pretty rare and also a 3-piece wheel . Like I stated in the first post I finished up the car 2 hours before I had to leave to Sf and ran out of time to get my Hks hi-power re-bent to fit the opening in the Jdm bumper but will be on this week . On a side note any locals (cali) want a Ait diablo body kit real cheap

I dig it, very clean!

Those wheels do make it look a little plain though IMO, but I like it more than with the Diablo kit, which was over the top for my tastes.

Wish I would've gone to see it at the show, although I hear it was PACKED this year. Ridiculously long lines, etc.

Looking forward to seeing the finished pics.

Thanks man
I ran out of time and funds to get the wheels faces powder coated before the show . I'm planning on going with white faces with polished lips topped off with gold bolts to hold the faces down to the rim . Yeah Wek-fest was crazy packed like at least 12-15k people , but was worth the drive , money and energy to have my car worthy and ready of showing there and reppin' the yaris .

so thats what our 3-doors look like w/ RS attachments. Nice to see you put Garm's replica RS pieces to use. Looks good, wish i could have gone. Last year's wasn't as much of a rush as I see in you're pics this year. Crazy!

And i like your new wheels, TRDs were nice but a bit big~

Nice. Next year I plan on going. Nice to see I am not the only yaris with a chronicles decal except I got one of the blue ones.
