Thinking of a Yaris

Hi, iam thinking of buying a yaris 4dr hatch. I have test driven a 2dr hatch and find it a very good car under 80km per hour. But, once it hits highway speeds of 100km per hour and over, i find it a bit noisy in the interior. I've heard the yaris sedans were very quiet. Now, my question is that are the yaris sedans or 4dr hatch more sound proof then the 2dr hatch at highway speeds. I would appreciate any input, opinions or experiences on these matters. Thank you

I don't think there would be much difference between the 2- and 4-door hatches. I can't speak for the sedan -- i've never driven one.

I own a sedan and I notice it gets loud at highway speeds. I dont notice it much when I'm playing music, you get over it after awhile anyways.

From my experience the sedan is quieter and handles easier than the hatch at higher speeds as they are different cars and the sedan sits lower with a longer wheelbase. I found no difference between the 4 door and 2 door hatch.

These are not great hwy speed cars though and if you're going to be traveling at speeds of 100 km/h+ often, I would recommend a different vehicle like a corolla or civic.
