May Marana Airport Auto-X

And fun times at the Marana track! Apparently the longest and fastest one we've had out there all year.

I am superstar of Yaris racing!

Sadly right after this I blew a brakeline and had to discontinue the fun. Did a *cough* pro repair job to limp her home.

Here's hoping Garm sent me out a fresh new set of lines to install this weekend, the car looks so unhappy stuck in the garage.

On a serious note the fact that i'm squealing the RS3s makes me think i'm driving a bit too aggressively and might need to tone it down. Slow is fast right?!

I'm guessing they were aftermarket. That sucks though.

PS, cool geto patch job with the racing tape

Haha yeah they were stainless steel lines, felt my brakes drop to the floor the next race and went "oh crap!". Also nothing can't be repaired with a pair of vice grips and duct tape!

Yeah in retrospect I shouldn't have just cut the stock lines out and actually removed the whole assembly. I blame that damn stock welded holder for making me take it out in two pieces! lol live and learn

Thanks! Even though I have about a dozen events under my belt I know I still have room for improvement. Hope the EVO Phase 1 class i'm going to in October helps out a bit!
