Yaris S on Top Gear Test Track

Not sure if this has been posted, way too many thread to search; but it was a little slow at work today so I was perusing U-Tube and came across this little gem!

Actually, I didn't even realize this was a video game at first! It's still a cool vid, and of course my favorite little car!

Toyota Yaris S Top Gear Test Track

(How do we embed U-Tube videos again?!? )

Sounds cool, not sure if that's the Stig though!

Cheers! M2

Wow, that is surprisingly realistic.

Funny how the game designers kept the 14" steel wheels and covers on. LOL.

Afaik this forum doesn't support embedding YT videos. Took the owner a half decade to get Tapatalk so don't hold your breath. I could be mistaken on it being supported and if so I will eat my words.

My son said it's Forza 4 as it has the Top Gear track in it. A quick U-Tube search found another video with an even cooler-looking Yaris...

Forza 4 - Yaris S Hot Lap Top Gear

I also found this video, with two sweet Yarii racing each other...

First Gear Set Up Challenge - Yaris Missiles (Forza 4)

Cheers! M2

I've seen many Yaris S sedans, but I've only seen two Yaris S hatches since 2009.

Pretty much....if that one reflects the equipment Toyota in included as stock on the S hatch, then definitely yes. I saw one in Marin County, CA and one in Montgomery County, TX (not very surprising that these would be the two counties where I would see one, as I've spent more time in those two counties than any other two in the last 8 years). The one in Marin County used to park at the Barnes and Noble in San Rafael, CA all the time. I remember noting what equipment was unique and comparing what I saw to what Toyota listed online was included on the S hatch....an exact fit. The one in Montgomery County.......I've seen it a few times on the road in The Woodlands (at stoplights as well.....but never parked). However, that one appeared to be the same as the one in Marin County.

I meant I want to upgrade to one that runs like the one in the video. ...a $22k Yaris Abarth or Yaris ST.
:-)

...duh...forgive me...I'm running minus one cylinder today ...given that you just test drove a Fiesta ST, performance surely ranks above changes that are pretty muich only cosmetic.
