In that case, you went 1 exit too far, but it basically leads down the same road. It is not the exit for Tam-Valley, you can either take the exit that goes to the ferrari dealership and turn right and come back down the frontage road, or just take the exit before that and it is right there. On 101-s you can take the exit right after Blithedale.

If you're coming from the East Bay there is only one toll, @ the Richmond Bridge. Take the Richmond Bridge, then exit at Sir Francis Drake, and take 101 South there, or if you miss that exit (which is easy to do), exit at San Rafael, then get back down 101 South. No biggie.

If you're coming from San Francisco, then you'll only have to pay toll once, when you get back to SF.

If yo'ure coming from SF and going back to the East Bay, then no toll.

Tomato - Okay that sounds good BUT.....Richmond bridge?!!! Didn't they have a shooting at that bridge toll both or around there recently? And a guy in a Prius got shot on the knees while driving on that freeway?!

Maybe i dont mind spending $8-$10 on bridge toll... ~_~

Yeah, they sure did, some weirdo shot his G/F but he's in jail. Millions of people cross the bridge every day and don't get shot :)

If you're not comfortable and you want to use the other bridges instead, then you'll have to get to Marin from SF (which is a little bit of a detour) but not that big of a deal either. Get to SF via Bay Bridge, then find 101 North. You'll have to pay toll twice.

BTW, let me get this straight, you live in Fremont, but you're afraid of the Richmond bridge ?

P.S. Just throwing it out there~~~ I wanted to do like a bbq of some sort, make it worthwhile for some coming from far distances, but don't know any parks near the storage area....? maybe computerlove87 or tomato can help out w/ this??

AND...fasting begins next week, 22nd or 24th, so I wont be eating/drinking anything at the meet on Saturday LOL..... >_<
