Based on a chart from a comparable alternator and the 2.5 to 1 ratio of crank to alternator pulley, the output capability should be as follows:

Idle (650 RPM): 10A
1000 RPM: 35A
1500 RPM: 55A
2000 RPM: 60A
2500 RPM: 65A
3000 RPM: 68A
3500 RPM: 70A

My testing is on hold. I sold my Brutus on Friday and ordered a diff 1500 watt amp should be here sometime this week.

I also need to do a voltage reading on the output of the amp. I remember touching the leads to my Brutus when playing music and it reading less than 10 VAC playing music. While playing test tones I was a constant 34.6 VAC.

After seeing the numbers on our alternators I'd feel safe running 600 WRMS. As long as you're not cruising around playing test tones everywhere you go.

Would recommend Big 3 and upgraded battery

Alot of people don't like AudioPipe but the clamp and oscope test on this amp have been pretty damn good for the price ! So I'm gonna give one a lil test run.
