Touch Up Paint for Hubcaps
My hubs have gotten minor scratches which have discolored them. There has got to be a way to make them look better without buying new ones everytime. If you can touch up the paint on the car, why not the hubcaps? Anyone have any suggestions?

Even if they are in mint condition, painting stock hubcaps makes them look 1,000,000x better.
Just completely paint all 4 of them, rather than attempt some sort of touch-up.

What type of paint should I use? I may still opt for touchup paint as I live in an apt. with no place to really spray paint.

Krylon. Best rattle-can stuff for plastic I've ever used. Not sure if it comes in a silver colour, however...

Yeah I had to repaint the old hub cabs on my 1994 subaru a few years ago, they were looking HORRIBLE. I went to Home Depot and got some metallic silver paint, actually looked better than they did new when I was done.
