15 x 7.5 et 30

Aiming to get the closest to factory ride height with a stretched tire look.
My goal was looks and fuel economy.

Thinking of running a 175 65 15 tire.

Any recommendations on that matching the 185-60-15 on my 2007 yaris rs?

Will likely be lowering the car in the future as well.

These are the rims I picked up last night.
Test fit and no rubbing issues. The lip just sticks out past the edge of the car on the front.
