Kit Blitz from japan

Hi everybody, i buy a Blitz kit from RHD japan and last saturday, i plan to install this in my yaris 2007. When i go to install the support for the alternator, it is not fits in the two holes on the motor. The support is too long. It's arrive under the hole. I mesure the distance between the holes on the support and it's 245 mm compare to the distance on my car 225 mm.
I post a mail to the company and they didn't help me with their response.
Does anybody have a idea to solve this problem?
Thank's

Can you share pictures? I see you only have 2 posts, so you will have to do more to post with attachments.

Do you have the extension piece shown in this picture that attaches the alternator to the main bracket? Flying blind here since you really do need to get some pics up of your situation.

It looks like they sent the wrong kit. I have seen other kits purchased from RHDjapan and they have all looked the same.

I told us in the email that i have the motor 1NZ-FE and the body NCP91. I don't understand why the support in their kit doesn't fit in my car. Does Toyota made two motors 1NZ-FE: one for japan and another for north america??

No.

Did they send you instructions which show that exact bracket mounted?

OK - Found the manual online that shows it (except you can't make out the bottom mounting hole in the poor quality pictures and all of the text is Japanese).

It looks like you have kit 10168/10173, whereas the rest of us have 10182.

As much as I would like to say that the 1NZ for the Vitz is identical to the 1NZ for the Yaris, the short block has a different part number for both: 11400-21220 Yaris vs 11400-21190 for the Vitz of the same vintage. I can't find any pictures good enough to determine of there is something different about the area by the water pump housing, where the alternator and that bracket mount to.

A few things I notice when looking thru the manual:

-The intake manifold looks different,

-The alternator isn't mounted upside down

-The supercharger is driven off the alternator

-A fuel pressure regulator is included in the kit

I hope you get thru with the installation. Keep us posted. Good luck.

The engine cover in the manual also looks more like the 1.8L engine than the 1.5L.

You find? The cover shown is the same exact cover in my 1.5L JDM Vitz RS.

I like how this kit has the supercharger driven off the alternator. This should put less stress on the water pump and crank pulley. I also like the included fuel pressure regulator.

Ah - I hadn't seen a JDM cover.

The replacement alternator pulley is very cool for not using the one tiny belt to drive everything.

Can you snap a picture of the side of the engine where the lower mounting point for the alternator is, so we can see if it looks different than the USDM ones?

The Upper Oil pan is different for the Echo 1NZ vs. Yaris 1NZ...when I replaced the engine in Viperoni's, the wrecker sent me a Yaris 1NZ thinking it would be the same
