Vitz radio connectors different?

Hello
I pulled the factory radio from my Japanese Vitz today. I need to replace it because the local FM frequency range doesn't match the Japanese radio.

Here are the photos of the radio rear and connectors.

The car harness only seems to have one connector that matches the radio.
I suspect that if I install an after market radio, the one connector doesn't have enough pins to give extended functionality.

There are two other connectors tied back.
Does anyone know what they are for?
