Summer Tire Choice - 195/50 x 16

I have a 2012 Yaris SE. I currently have Bridgestone Blizzak winter/snow tires on my 15" winter rims. However, when I go to put the wider OEM 16" wheels back on in the spring, I'd like to replace the OEM Bridgestone Turanza EL400-02 tires. Since I have separate winter/snow tires and rims, I don't need an all-season tire. Any recommendations on good performance summer tires? My goals are improved handling and braking in wet and dry conditions as well as perhaps quieter in highway driving.
