Removing Rear Door Panels on 5dr Hatchback Yaris

Hi all,

I am trying to remove the back door panel of my yaris and I'm having a bit of a hard time (I know this may sound like a piece of cake to you pros). Is there a guide on the forum which might indicate how to accomplish this? I already browsed the DIY section stickies and some other tutorials, but all seem to demonstrate on the front door panel not the back one.

Oops - Looks like someone hasn't paid their bill.

Here's the diagram from the service manual, showing the location of the screws:
