i dont carry my spare tire anyways. and its put away in my garage where u need a lader to get to it so my mom couldnt even bring it if i needed it. with my car i have 2 years free toyota roadside assistance (a tow to the nearest toyota dealer if needed), i have free rental car and roadside assistance from my insurance company and my family has CAA (same as AAA only canadian)

Road side assistance will not/can not help you if you do not have a spare. Perhaps you would like to disable your gas gauge as well? Like you said, you have road side assistance, right? You think a spare tire is just expendable "junk"? You have much to learn and experience is by far the best teacher . I'm sorry to be so harsh but, not carrying a spare tire is just plain dumb. There are plenty of ways to install a high end sys withouit taking out the spare tire. An intelligent person is aware that a true high end sys is judged on how it sounds, not on how it looks when you open the hatch for unintelligent people. And OP, he is kinda right, no backup plan aside from calling someone is bad one. Carry at least a plug kit in the glove box or something lol. However, GLWS anyway :)

my bad, will get that done today.
i do have a plug kit in the car but on the side of the road i doubt i will use it. dont get me wrong i understand how important the spare tire is but at the same time, the system is done and the spare tire is out anyways.

I guess I'm "just plain dumb" or "insane", as posted. Give me a break. And, this is supposed to be a sales thread?

Also, I doubt that you are relying on Toyota's roadside assistance in case of a flat. Saying there is no room for a spare is one thing but, calling it junk is just......well dumb. Is it insane? It's probably not. |
