Painting steelies

Anyone done it? Or have photos of it?

Was thinkin of getting mine painted at a graphics shop checkered or something doubt it will cost much.

i only have the lip panted red. i dont think ive seen the whole thing painted though.

y not? a little sanding and then a few coats of paint...and a few coats of clear and you're set.

i did this a few weeks ago
sanded them a bit, washed them, did a few coats of gloss black (it came out looking more flat black than anything though) and then a few coats of clearcoat

i ordered the 1 3/4" chrome beauty trim hubs for them as well. i'll be taking pictures once i get my df210s installed
