bosch plugs

the guy at Advance auto parts said he thinks the Bosch Platinums suck in Toyotas
is this guy an idiot??? which Bosch is best and what is the best online source for
them and regular fram air filters for 07 yaris..?? thanks

Stick to NGK or Denso.

Agree.. and I think, USA Yaris comes with Iridium plugs.. THAT is good.

Yes, I think your best bet is to replace them with the plugs the car originally came with. Don't you think the engineers at Toyota know what's best for their car? You really can't go wrong with using the plugs they determined would be best for the Yaris, I feel.

WHY change out the iridium plugs that are 100,000 mile rated????

changed the iridium plugs in our 2000 Chevy PRIZM ( Corolla ) at around 90,000 miles with NGK iridium plugs and glad I did . They had plenty of deposits and some wear . After the change it had more zip and better fuel economy .
