HOLEY COW 674.75 to install TRD lowering springs

Thats parts and Labor, 226 for TRD Lowering springs, and the rest for install and alignment. $450 bux to remove and install springs!!!! Sure 1 hour maybe to remove and install, 2 MAX and they have all the equipment in the dealership.

Well, looks like the original idea to stay 100% in warrenty just flew out the door.

A warranty repair is only voided if what ever is wrong is due to the modification. Like if you lower it and the spring flys out while you are driving then they wouldnt fix it cause the modification was the result of what is to be replaced, but not under warranty. It has to be the cause of it. I had a friend put a supercharger on a cobra and he blew the damn engine and tried to get it fixed under warranty like a retard and they said he was nuts.

Thats what I said.

I've done all my work with my other cars and was just going to let the dealer to some of the mods. NOT NOW...

There is no way this would take them $450 worth of labor. Yah maybe if everyone in the shop did the work.

Actually for everything $650 isn't that terrible, but this was just the spring swap.
