Water Pump Pulley

How the hell do I get the water pump pulley off, I looked all over the forums but can't find nothing. Its a OEM water pump not aftermarket.

alright thx for everything. just finished replacing the water pump so far it was good.

But......

I let it run for about 15 minutes, then I took it for a test drive, one thing i noticed is its idling really low at about 400-500 rpm. Then when I came back home after the test run, the radiator fan was blowing really hard and wasn't stopping for about 2-3 minutes and i turned off the car.

Is that normal that the fan is blowing so much since I put new fluids in or no?

And that low idle, that has happened in the past but is that normal as well?

Once you disconnect the battery, the ecu relearns after the initial start up. It will be normal the next few runs don't worry

okay good. yea i just started it up again and its idling normal now but while the test drive it started to over heat came back home and all the coolant that was in the tank was gone lol i guess it took it all into the pump and such because of all the loss so i just put more anti freeze to the top and im letting it cool off, going for another test run soon once it cools down.

Turn on the engine and let it run with the radiator cap off. The thermostat needs to open and allow the fluids to go in. Once it opens up add more, until full. It may take a few minutes for the thermostat to open.

alright so i have it running, it was empty again before i even started it, so i filled it up, started it up opened the cap and about 4 inches the coolant went down and i filled it up to the top again, now the fan has been on the whole time and still is, didn't drive but no overheat signal so far.

Good, you should be good when the fluid doesn't go down. Then cap it and check for leaks and your good to go

It will do that until it's full. Sounds like it will be ok for you and you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure you do have a little bit of play in the belt, not too much though.
